Alban Beshaj is a PhD student at DART Lab. He started his academic path with a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering. After that, he gained a M.Sc. in Space Engineering at Politecnico di Milano with a thesis on autonomous guidance and control for aerobraking manoeuvres at Mars. His current research involves the development of GNC algorithms to enhance autonomy in close-proximity operations around uncooperative targets.
