Bio
Andrea Pizzetti was born in Treviglio (BG) in 1997. He graduated in Space Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 2021. He worked two years in Deimos Space (Madrid), contributing to the GNC/AOCS design and V&V activities for Comet Interceptor, ClearSpace-1 and other small-sat/cubesat LEO missions. He is a PhD student at the DART Lab since 2023. His research deals with the design of autonomous VBN systems and their PIL/HIL validation applied to the scenario of detection, tracking and approach of small bodies in far to mid-range regimes.
